QUICK AND EASY LASAGNA 
1/2 pkg. lasagna
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer for 20 minutes.

Prepare lasagna noodles and drain. In a 9x13 inch pan, arrange one layer noodles and one layer of meat mixture; on top of noodles and meat, spread even layer of Mozzarella cheese and shake on Parmesan cheese. Repeat until pan is filled, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
