QUICK LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 env. onion soup mix
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. broad noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large skillet, brown the beef, stirring frequently. Stir in onion soup mix, tomato sauce and water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a 2-quart oblong baking dish, alternate layers of noodles, meat sauce and cheese, ending with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbling.
