HONEYED WHEAT BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter

Combine one cup flour, wheat flour, yeast, and salt; mix well. Heat milk, water, cottage cheese, honey, and butter until warm. Add to flour mix. Blend to moisten. Beat 3 minutes. By hand, stir in flour. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise. Punch down. Divide in 1/2. Form 2 loaves. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
