SNICKER BARS 
12 oz. Weight Watchers vanilla ice cream
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. low calorie chocolate pudding
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
3 oz. Grape Nuts

Mix together: Freeze in 8 inch square pan. Cut in 8 squares. Each piece = 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 bread, 1/2 protein.
