CORN RELISH 
1 can drained Mexicorn
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped red peppers
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green peppers

Mix together and chill before serving.
