1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped red and/or green peppers
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 packet instant beef broth and seasoning mix
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. lean ground veal or lean ground turkey
1/3 c. powdered Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Saute onions, pepper, garlic, and beef broth in oil until onions are soft. Combine all ingredients; put into a loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
