FINGER STEAKS 
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

Combine the flour and salt in mixing bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender. Stir in eggs, milk, salts and pepper. Dip steak, cut in bite sized pieces, into batter and deep fry until golden brown.
