THE ULTIMATE OATMEAL COOKIE 
2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. dried fruit (dates, raisins, apricots, apples) or chocolate chips
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
2 med. eggs
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. coconut (unsweetened)

Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add oil and honey; mix. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Drop by teaspoons on well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
