SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, 3-4 lbs, cooked, boned
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. quick rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. bag potato chips

Mix together all except potato chips. Press into a greased 13" x 9 1/2" pan, top with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. If using a baking pan instead of Pyrex, bake at 400 degrees.
