WAKAME SALAD 
Imitation crab
1 Japanese cucumber
1/8 oz. dried wakame
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sake
Pepper

Soak wakame in water until soft, then, place it in a colander. Slice cucumber thin and put it in a bowl, sprinkle salt and mix well. When the salt spreads through the cucumber and a little limp, wring the liquid out of the cucumber and place it on top of wakame. Cut crab into bite size. Mix in bowl. Mix the dressing and pour over the wakame, cucumber and crab. Toss and serve.
