CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. chicken bouillon
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour or corn starch
8 slices American cheese (or any type you prefer)

Steam broccoli. In separated pan melt butter, mix in flour thoroughly add milk and heat over medium heat until thickens. Add cheese and continue to stir. Set aside.

Puree broccoli with bouillon in blender. Slowly add broccoli mixture to milk mixture and stir until thoroughly blended.
