CREAMY OVEN POTATOES 
4 lbs. raw potatoes
1 qt. whipping cream
Garlic salt

Peel potatoes and slice into scallops. Arrange scallops in layers in oven-proof deep baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with garlic salt. Pour whipping cream over top. Bake, uncovered, in 225 degree oven for 8 hours. Sinfully rich!
