CRISP MINIATURE CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and Crisco. add egg and milk. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and allspice. Add flour mixture to batter. Stir until just combined. Spoon into well greased miniature muffin tins, filling cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Combine cinnamon and sugar. When muffins are done, remove from tins. Roll in melted butter then in cinnamon and sugar mixture. To reheat; wrap partially open in foil. May be frozen. 36 muffins.
