SWISS STEAK 
Round steak, 1/2 inch thick

Cut into 4 pieces. Brown meat in pressure cooker with small amount of oil. Add onions, green peppers, salt and garlic salt. Cover with water (2 cups). Set pressure cooker for 15 and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove meat.

Mix together: 1/2 c. flour Salt

Pour slowly in pressure cooker stirring until thick. Add meat back in and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
