PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. pumpkin
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

FILLING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes in a jelly roll pan. Let cool slightly. Take out of pan and roll into tea towels sprinkled with powdered sugar. When completely cooled, unroll. Fill with filling and reroll. Serve in slices.
