TERIYAKI SAUCE FOR MEATS 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, crushed
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. sherry wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients. Marinate chicken, beef, etc. for 2-3 days. Cook as you wish. BBQ grill is best.
