BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 stick butter
1 c. Minute rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir together broccoli, rice, onion and celery, soup and Cheez Whiz. Put in casserole and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
