1 boneless round steak, cut lengthwise into 2 pieces, pound to a quarter inch 4 dill pickles (whole) 10 slices bacon 1 can Campbell's Beef Broth 1 lg. onion, sliced Put pickles (2) on end of steak. Roll and put seam side down in deep covered pan. Top with bacon slices, side by side, wrapped around. Pour broth over top. Add onions. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove lid and cook 30 to 60 minutes to brown bacon and further tenderize the steak. |
