GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 cans French style green beans, drained
1 stick butter
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can chopped pimientos

Melt butter. Add bell pepper and pimientos and cook until tender. Cool.

1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Old English cheese, chopped

Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 or 30 minutes.
