UPTOWN TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 (9 1/4 oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. diced pimientos
2 tbsp. diced onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheese

In large bowl thoroughly mix together tuna, celery, almonds, lemon juice, olives, pimientos, onions and mayonnaise. Place in 1 1/2 quart dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
