RASPBERRY JELLY 
4 1/2 c. raspberry juice (strained)
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 box sure-jell

Set the sugar aside. Stir the sure-jell and juice together. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add sugar. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into hot jars immediately. Seal with paraffin wax.
