CORN BREAD (MEX) 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 can green chile peppers
1 can cream style corn
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated onion

Mix corn meal, flour, salt, and baking powder; then add egg, green chile peppers, cream style corn, grated cheese and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes.
