SUNSHINE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
3 oz. pkg. orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1-1/2 cups cold water
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
2 diced bananas
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup whipped cream
grated cheese, optional

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill until thickened. Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Mix pineapple and bananas. Add to jello along with marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 pan and chill until firm.

Mix sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool; fold in whipped cream. Pour on top of salad. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired.
