3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 squares chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp., cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts

Beat eggs until lemon color. Add sugar and oil. Melt and add the chocolate. Add vanilla and grated zucchini. Stir in with a spoon the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
