CHOCOLATE WATERFALL DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. English walnuts
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Mix all 3 ingredients together, pour in cake pan, spread evenly on bottom of pan to make crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. COOL WHIP

Mix together with mixer until smooth and even, pour on cooled crust (second layer).

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla pudding

Mix together and prepare according to pie instruction. Then pour cooled pudding over cream cheese layer (3rd layer). Cover the pudding layer with Cool Whip (4th layer). Sprinkle with nuts.
