LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in 9 x 13 glass pan. Pour melted butter into flour mixture. Mix and line 9 x 13 pan with this crust mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.

FILLING:

4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and pour over hot crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars. Powder sugar top.
