FAMILY MEATLOAF 
4 lb. ground meat (can be turkey, beef, lamb, veal or any combination of these)
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage or ground pork
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 c. chopped onion
3 eggs
Ketchup
Mustard
Salt and pepper

Mix eggs, ketchup and mustard and seasonings. Use to moisten stuffing mix. Add onions and peppers; combine with meat. Form into loaf or loaves depending on family size; freezes well for future use. A half slice of bacon underneath the loaf keeps it from sticking to the pan. A slice on top adds flavor.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Adjust time for size.
