SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lb. hamburger, lean
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tbsp. Morton Tender quick salt
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
3/4 c. water

Mix well. Shape into 2 rolls. Wrap in foil (shiny side in). Refrigerate for 24 hours. Poke holes in foil. Place on oven rack over a pan of water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool and slice.
