GERMAN PANCAKE 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Put milk, eggs, flour, sugar, salt and lemon juice into blender. Cover and whip until well blended. Put butter into 9 inch pie plate.

Pour batter into pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until puffy and deep golden brown. Fill with your favorite fruit filling. Serve immediately. Pancake will collapse shortly after removing from oven.
