RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
Dash salt
4 eggs
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Cut rhubarb in small pieces. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, eggs and buttermilk and orange juice. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for about an hour.
