STIR - FRY SQUASH 
4 yellow or zucchini squash, cut in strips 3 inches x 1/4 inch
1 lg. onion, cut in strips
1 lg. green bell pepper, cut in strips
A little hot green pepper, if desired
1/4 cube butter

Melt butter in skillet or wok, heat, cook and stir often vegetables in skillet until transparent looking, a few minutes. Sprinkle on a little soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar and seasonings. Salt to taste.
