SOUTH SEA SALAD 
DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Prepare ahead: Mix the above ingredients and chill.

SALAD:

1/2 head lettuce, pulled apart
1 (5 oz.) jar cocktail onions drained well
1 c. celery, coarsely chopped
1 (12 oz.) can solid pack white tuna OR
4 chicken breasts
1 can mandarin oranges, drained OR
1 (7 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained OR
1 c. seedless grapes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas, still frozen
4 oz. can Chinese noodles
Slivered almonds

I have only used fresh green onions, chopped, including a portion of the green tops.)

If using chicken breasts, cook, cool, and cut into chunks.
