BEAN NACHOS 
1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Tortilla chips
Finely chopped green/red peppers
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Mash pork and beans with fork. Stir in Tabasco. Place 1 tsp. bean mixture on each chip. Top with peppers and cheese. Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese melts. Makes 1 1/2 cups bean mixture.
