MACARONI SALAD 
2 (12 oz.) boxes macaroni
1 onion, diced
4 shredded carrots
1 bell pepper
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Cook macaroni and drain. Heat the vinegar and add the sugar so sugar will dissolve. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving
