HAMBURGER STEW 
5 lb. hamburger
8 med. to lg. potatoes
1 med. to lg. onion
1 can tomato paste
1 c. flour
2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans corn
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
3 sticks celery

Brown hamburger and drain. Boil potatoes, cut in medium dices. Add salt. Cut up onions. Add frozen vegetables and corn to boiling potatoes, and onion and drained hamburger, tomato paste. Season with garlic and cut-up celery sticks. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Then in a skillet, brown flour with oil or shortening, put the brown flour in the stew, stir and simmer.

For a large family. Cut in half for a small family.
