CHINESE CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken parts (thighs, drumsticks or wings)
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. minced garlic

Combine all ingredients except chicken. Marinate chicken in this overnight in refrigerator. Bake, in the marinade, in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10 as appetizer, fewer as main dish.
