CHILI-MACARONI | |
1 c. chopped onion 1 lb. ground chuck 1 can chili hot beans 1 tbsp. salt (may use seasoning salt) 1 jar mild salsa with chunks 2 c. macaroni (elbow) 1 qt. tomato juice 1 pkg. shredded cheese (any kind) Boil macaroni until tender. Brown and drain ground chuck. Add all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Put in baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover, and bake 15 minutes. |
