SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained well)
1 pkg. Swiss vegetable soup (Knorr's)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. low-cal mayonnaise
1 c. low-cal sour cream
4-6 green onions

(Double this recipe to fill loaf of bread.)

Hollow out 1 round loaf of bread. Allow to dry a few hours for easier dipping. Put dip in hollowed out loaf for serving.
