CHOCO-MOIST CAKE | |
2 1/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. soft butter 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can fruit cocktail, undrained 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 3/4 c. chopped nuts Grease and flour a 9x13x2 inch pan. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except chocolate pieces and nuts. Blend well at lowest mixer speed; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 12 to 15. |
