TURKEY CALIENTE 
3 lb. cooked turkey (leftover), diced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
12 tortillas
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper (sweet)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1 small can tomatoes
1 can turkey or chicken broth

In casserole, put layer of turkey sprinkled with chili pepper, layer of soup mixture combined with broth and tomatoes. Next, a layer of tortilla strips, chopped onion, etc. Cook for 30 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and cook for 15 minutes more.

Serves 8.
