CORN PUDDING 
1 can (16 oz.) crushed corn
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix the corn, milk and eggs together. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, corn starch and butter. Incorporated the corn starch mixture into the corn mixture.

Place combined mixture in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake in a pan of water in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
