FIG CAKE 
1 c. figs, cooked
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream sugar and eggs. Add milk and cooking oil and blend well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 by 13 inch baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. This recipe can also yield 2 dozen muffins. Baking time when using muffin tins is 30 minutes.
