2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
3 tbsp. maraschino cherries cut in half
2 c. cool whip

Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve.
