QUICHE FOR A CROWD 
8 slices white brad, crumbled
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried and rumbled
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped; optional
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt, pepper, and seasoned salt to taste

Butter 9 x 13 pan. Crumble bread into dish; add bacon, shred Swiss and cheddar cheese on top. Saute green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and seasoned salt. Add as next layer. Beat eggs, milk, seasonings. Pour on. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12-15. Can be prepared the day ahead and refrigerated to bake the next day.
