SUGAR PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell
Nutmeg

Put sugar in pie shell. Add flour and blend sugar and flour with finger tips so as not to puncture pie shell. Add milk, blending with fingers. Cut butter into small pieces over pie. Sprinkle generously with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
