MINIATURE HAM QUICHE 
Crust:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. real butter
1 c. flour

Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temperature; blend together. Stir in flour. Roll in a ball and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape into muffin tins like pie crust. (Do not grease tins.)

Sauce:

3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
Swiss cheese, grated
diced ham

Mix all of sauce ingredients. Add as much ham and cheese as you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Fill cups.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
