SEASONED MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. extra dry vermouth
2 tsp. beef flavored bouillon granules
1 med. onion, quartered
2 lbs. fresh mushrooms, halved

Melt butter, add vermouth and bouillon, stirring until dissolved. Stir in mushrooms and onion. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serves 6.
