COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. sweet milk
1 c. toasted coconut
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, cocoa and sugar. Beat egg yolks, milk and vanilla and add dry ingredients. Add butter. Cook on medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Add toasted coconut and pour into baked pie crust.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
6 tsp. powdered sugar

Beat until egg whites are stiff; add sugar. Beat until peaks form and then spread on pie and bake at 350 degrees until meringue is golden.
