QUICK CHOCOLATE MACAROONS 
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in coconut, condensed milk and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 325 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks. Makes about 24 cookies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
