COCA COLA CAKE AND FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. coca cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix sugar and flour, set aside. Combine Crisco, butter, cocoa and coca cola. Bring to boil. Add mixture to sugar and flour. Mix buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Add marshmallows. Fold into sugar and flour mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Ice warm cake with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. coca cola
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts, chopped

Boil butter, cocoa and coca cola. Add remaining ingredients. Cool slightly and spread on cake while cake is still warm. Origin: from the Saxton Family Cookbook, Brooksville Florida.
